What Can Be Returned:

All products, except software, are returnable IF the product is in the same condition as when purchased. This includes the product packaging.
Note: We will accept only UNOPENED software products that are in their original packaging. Downloadable products may not be returned under any circumstances.

When Do Items Need To Be Returned By:

Within 14 calendar days of the receipt of the product.

How Do Customers Return Items:

Contact us, via email at customer.service at splitcut dot com or by telephone at (800) 227-8111, to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Please include in the email your order number, name, address, telephone number, item number(s) and description(s), and a note about why your returning the item(s).

After obtaining a Return Material Authorization (RMA), products can be returned to:

Shipping For Returns:

Customer is responsible for shipping charges for returns.

Credit For Returns:

Your credit card will be refunded once the item is inspected and received LESS our 15% restocking fee.

Product Packing Materials:

The product’s packing material must be in same condition as when received.
